Delivery
(A)Delivery Time:
When your order confirms, order will be arranged and delivered within 3 days from the day of order.
Delivery schedule:
Monday To Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Please confirm your delivery time and day in order confirmation.
Delivery will be delayed if a typoon signal No. 8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
when the goods are out of stock Awe will inform customer to cancel the order or arrage another day for delivery.
(B)Delivery Charge :
--Purchase HK$200 or above, free delivery charge.
--Purchase below HK$200, order can be delivery for just HK$30.
Residental Area
--Purchase HK$300 or above, free delivery charge.
--Purchase below HK$300, order can be delivery for just HK$30.
(C) Delivery Area
Delivery area include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Rural areas or the outlying islands will not include(except for airport, Ma wan and Tung Chung). Newdas reserves the right for the explanation.
No delivery services provided for those buildings without left.
Delivery will be delay if left is out of service.
(D) Returns of products / Refund
If customer find a product purchased from us to be fautly or damage. Customers must report to Newdas within three days of delivery via phone hotline.
Newdas will replace the product and arrange delivery for the next order. If an immediate return or replacement is required, there will be a HK$50 surcharge.
Customer can come to our office for replacing the product or refund.
Please ensure that any returned product is complete with all parts and accessories and in its original packaging. Please also include the original delivery note or invoice. Product must be in original condition. Any damages to items by abuses or alteration shall not be replaced.
